- Scanned PDFs without selectable text may fail to parse.
- Files are limited to 10 MB each, and each plan limits how many documents you keep.
- Answers are only as good as the PDF, so keep your documents current and clearly written.

- What if a PDF fails?
- It shows a reason in your dashboard. Retry the upload, or upload a text-based version if the original is a scan.
- Can I use CSV or Excel too?

- Can I delete a document and get it back?
- Yes. A deleted document and its link are hidden at once and can be restored for seven days, after which they are removed.
